In accordance with Article IV, Section 5 of the Association Bylaws, the member schools of the Association shall establish the amount of annual dues that shall be paid by each member or provisionally accredited school. The amount of annual dues determined by the member schools of the Association by mail ballot shall be sufficient to provide for the activities of the commission with an appropriate share for the operation and service of the Association office. The ballot must be mailed thirty-days prior to the annual meeting and a simple majority of the votes received constitutes the result. Annual membership dues, application fees and special fees, if any, shall be collected and accounted for by the Commission office. New member schools shall pay the application fee prior to being considered as a provisional member and shall be billed for membership dues after action is taken at the annual business meeting of the Commission or Association.
Schools are required to make dues payments by October 15 each year. A late fee of 10% will be assessed all schools on October 15 for any dues not received by that date. Please mail payments
